As a Project Manager, you will guide projects from start to finish while acting as a steady point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal team members. You will manage details, documentation, timelines, and communication across multiple clients and multiple projects at once.
The right candidate is organized, calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently. Much of the work is done remotely and autonomously, with clear expectations, accountability, and ownership of responsibilities.
This is a full-time position. Part-time applicants will not be considered.

$45k-$55k/year
QUALIFICATIONS:
1–3 years of experience working at an interior design firm
Must be highly tech savvy and comfortable learning new software and systems
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

WORK ENVIRONMENT & EXPECTATIONS:
This is a remote-first role. While we are a supportive and collaborative team, the day-to-day work is largely independent. Candidates should feel comfortable working on their own and taking ownership of their responsibilities.
This is not a highly social or high-energy work environment. We value focus, accountability, and follow-through over constant collaboration. Team communication is intentional, respectful, and efficient.
For candidates who live near North Palm Beach, FL there is an option to work from the office occasionally, but it is not required.
We trust our team to manage their time, meet deadlines, and communicate proactively. We are not micromanagers and do not monitor work beyond what is necessary for project accountability.
We respect boundaries. We do not contact team members before or after working hours or while they are on vacation.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Proposal development
Prepare and manage detailed project proposals aligned with client scope, budgets, and timelines
Develop accurate FF&E pricing and cost estimates
Present proposals and support designers in addressing client questions
Procurement and Document Management:
Maintain the project management system with accurate and up-to-date information
Create and maintain client-specific process documentation
Generate FF&E proposals and manage related invoicing within design software
Communicate with vendors and suppliers to place and track orders
Monitor order status, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery
Scheduling and Coordination:
Maintain project schedules, including FFE installations, contractor workflows, and client meetings.
Act as a liaison between Drafters and Clients, providing necessary information for accurate floor plans and elevation drawings.
Coordinate with workrooms and craftsmen for custom items.
Communication and Collaboration:
Maintain effective communication with clients, vendors, and team members for clear and timely information exchange.
Collaborate with the design team to address challenges, resolve issues, and ensure project goals are met.
Act as a point of contact for vendors and suppliers, managing relationships and resolving issues.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare detailed meeting notes for client meetings, documenting key discussions, decisions, and action items.
Track and report project progress, highlighting milestones, risks, and deviations from the original plan.
Maintain accurate records of project-related information and documentation.
